William Cooper was a patriot. A man who had served his country under two different agencies of the armed services, he was a courageous and skilled officer. Serving in the US Air Force first, Cooper was involved in the B-52 bomber program until he was honorably discharged. Next Bill Cooper served in the US Navy getting a promotion to the rank of Petty Officer in record time. In all 17 years of distinguished military service could be attributed to this brave individual who also served in Vietnam.
The forbidden knowledge
After struggling with knowledge that he had acquired in bother services, but particularly in the Navy in an intelligence capacity, Bill Cooper, made a commitment to himself and to anyone who would hear his lectures on an alternative history that existed in direct contradiction to what we have been taught in public schools. Bill Cooper wanted to clarify that discrepancy, but even more so, wanted to inspire Americans to act against government intrusion into their lives as well as the erosion of their Constitutional rights.
Spreading the word
He began giving appearing in seminars producing controversial subjects and little known facts on how the events of history had been changed to reflect different outcomes and conclusions. Cooper drew upon a wealth of highly classified information that he had been exposed to while in the military that pointed to very shocking facts that few people at the time were aware of. In fact, Bill Cooper though maligned by some of his colleagues during his controversial presentations on the lecture circuit, proved absolutely visionary in his assessment of the future.
Predicting the coming police state
The future that, that veteran, Bill Cooper, foresaw was a violent one sanctioned by the US government against its own people under the aegis of secrecy and anti-terrorism. Cooper’s perceptions were buttressed by the forbidden knowledge he had acquired under military intelligence. He also, quite accurately, depicted the American people as basically apathetic, cowardly, and in denial of the assault on their freedoms that the US government in consort with the rest of the governments of the world would be unveiling. Peace even under oppression and a police state society was much more convenient then insurrection in order to recapture lost freedoms that had been robbed from them by their government.
The not so nice world of UFO’s
Among Cooper’s more eloquent and yet esoteric truths were revelations about UFO’s, secret government black projects, and the ultimate eye opener, government sanctioned assassinations. True to form, Cooper, launched right into these disturbing subjects without looking back and began bursting the bubbles of those who possessed their sacredly held beliefs. This, at times, created a backlash against Bill that was unfair as his revelations were indeed shocking and too upsetting for certain individuals whose world view was not prepared for such epiphanies.
Hidden threats kept from public
Looking at examples of Bill Cooper’s subject matter unleashed during the course of his lectures we will indeed find disturbing information. Cooper was one of the first UFO researchers to expose ominous events in the twilight world of space alien sightings. He revealed at several lectures that one particular flying saucer crash that had been discovered in New Mexico after the famous Roswell incident in 1947 had been so shocking that the military had put a tight lid on incident to avert public mass hysteria. It seems that human body parts had were being stored inside of the alien ship, and this was uncovered by soldiers and intelligence officers once the crash site had been discovered. This essentially blew the lid off the naïve theory that extraterrestrials were benign peaceful beings that were only curious about mankind, in fact, this scenario corroborates recent disclosures that President Eisenhower had not only been briefed by the CIA over UFO existence, but had possible had diplomatic contact with another world. However, the negotiations had not worked in favor of the US.
Hidden black projects
Another of Bill Coopers revelations that shocked many in his audiences were the existence of secret black projects that were not just related to experimental aircraft that might be mistaken as UFO’s. Bill Cooper exposed the existence of DUMB ( deep underground military bases). He alleged that a complex system of tunnels that could be dug at phenomenal rates of speed by laser plasma excavation machines, had been constructed beneath the US. DUMB installations had been built in the four corners area of New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. It is quite coincidental that within this mysterious region, black helicopters, cattle mutilations, UFO sightings, and strange underground noises have been reported. Thermographic imagery revealed that indeed underground installations were giving off heat signatures in certain areas. Bill went on to disclose that one major base was beneath Mt. Rainier in Washington state and was connected by the tunnel system to several other conventional and underground installations. What shocked people further was that Cooper pointed out that there was joint cooperation between alien and human personnel at these highly secret bases, and what was going on was not in the best interests of the American public!
This is all fully corroborated by the existence of the AMX-30R missile system, that was utilized during the cold war as an underground missile nuclear deterrent where the exact position of US missiles could never be verified by the Soviet Union due to railway mobility for the launcher. This program was abandoned as part of the SALT Treaty negotiations between Henry Kissinger and the Russian government. The AMX program bequeathed a large intricate system of underground railway that would accommodate the mobiles missile launchers demonstrating that the technology for massive underground installations already existed.
With all these perplexing revelations that demonstrated top secret programs that were hiding ominous developments and unholy alliances, the worst of William Cooper’s predictions was yet to come. This prediction came in a book written by Bill that rings even more true today then the era in which it was actually published. The book is amazingly accurate and chilling in its content. “Behold a Pale Horse” was released in 1991. This book showcased many of William Cooper’s assertions that were eventually proven as fact as events in the world unfolded.
Cooper’s prediction that public mass shootings would become common place as a means eliminating inconvenient individuals to the oppressive agenda of the government and would be sanctioned by intelligence programs as a means of legitimizing unthinkable legislation such as gun control as it is a guaranteed Second Amendment right in the US Constitution. Cooper prophesized that mass shootings would be conducted via secret mind control experiments already underway by the CIA and in conjunction with the public prescribed psychiatric drugs such as Prozac. These circumstances, he aptly predicted, would unveil a deadly program unleashed upon the US citizenry to create confusion, fear, and the supposed need for disarming gun owners.
William Cooper may well have unwittingly enabled and predicted his own demise in the years to come. To Cooper, his life was no longer important, but the message he was trying to make public was. He said that he did not care what number of alien space craft had crashed and been recovered, simply that the event had occurred and was being hidden by the government from the people. He did not care how many secret underground installations there were for sinister purpose, only that the public was made aware of such developments. Cooper also made this point very poignantly. He doubted the veracity of the American people, who faced with the facts, would deny the truth, would refuse to act, and would not mind the loss of their freedoms which were their birthright guaranteed by our Constitution. He had little faith in an American society he perceived as very well subverted and lazy.

In order that our scheme may produce this result we shall arrange elections in favor of such presidents as have in their past some dark, undiscovered stain, some “Panama” or other – then they will be trustworthy agents for the accomplishment of our plans out of fear of revelations and from the natural desire of everyone who has attained power, namely, the retention of the privileges, advantages and honor connected with the office of president.
The chamber of deputies will provide cover for, will protect, will elect presidents, but we shall take from it the right to propose new, or make changes in existing laws, for this right will be given by us to the responsible president, a puppet in our hands.
