This letter (decree/edict) was written today by Ali’i Nui Mō`ī Edmund K. Silva, Jr.

“…the U.S. government has no spiritual or ancestral ties to these islands, as myself and my people do, they have raped and pillaged these lands and our oceans with absolutely no regard for the effect such heinous actions will have on our future generations. This abhorrent behavior will no longer be tolerated, as the Kingdom cares deeply for the land, the oceans, and all walks of life, both human and animal, which inhabit this archipelago.

“The governments of the world continue to operate within 2nd and 3rd dimensional thinking, and continue to destroy our world with stupid conflicts created by man… It is difficult to find words to adequately characterize the the behavior of the United States foreign military forces now using Hawaiian waters for their war games, with little to no regard for the destruction such behavior is causing to our delicate ecosystem and marine life. A dead whale washing up on the beach, turtles with their legs blown off, and coral reefs reduced to rubble, – the horror continues.

“We have known about the effects of high energy sonar on Whales and other marine life for years. It was fifteen years ago that whale watch boat captains and shore observers documented that the Whales had fled from the U.S. Navy low frequency sonar testing area off the Island of Hawai’i. The Navy has been killing or injuring Whales and other marine life for decades while issuing one denial after another.

“These are not respectful people. They have no respect for the creatures living in the ocean. They have no respect for the future of the oceans. They have no respect for life. They only worship their imperial goals and the death that accompanies pursuit of those goals.

“As Sovereign of this Nation, I therefore issue the following edict: ‘RIMPAC 2014 is the last time foreign armies will be allowed to abuse the Hawaiian environment.‘

“Of particular concern is the use of high-powered sonar at low, middle, and high frequencies. The history of such sonars killing or harming marine life, especially Whales, is sufficient to conclude they cannot be used safely…. Such sonars are now banned from all Hawaiian waters.

“Therefore, in conclusion, I am not directing but ordering you to cease and desist in your war games, for it is my kuleana and sacred duty to protect this Sovereign Nation and all its resources. The ocean is our source of life and your activities are not welcomed. The Kingdom of Hawai’i is a non-aligned nation and has no use for your Military campaigns and war games. You are to cease and desist in your activities immediately.

“I am sending this letter to Governor Abercrombie and the Trustees of OHA because they have failed miserably in their duties to protect the Hawaiian ‘aina from the destructive actions of the occupying nation.”.

TANAATH : Silver Legion Announcements Important Hawaiian Meditation on June 26 2014

 

As I mentioned in the previous post, the reinstatement of the Kingdom of Hawai’i is an important marker event for human success. This seems to have something to do, as well, with the opening of the Hawai’i Star Visitors Sanctuary. I confess that I don’t fully understand the reasons at this point, but I am confident that these will unfold as time goes along.

Kingdom of Hawaii prepares for Star Visitor Sanctuary UPDATE – Interview with Garry Hoffeld

[May 31, 2014 - Exopolitics Institute News Service] On May 28, 2014 official representatives of the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii released a declaration creating a sanctuary for extraterrestrial visitors to Earth. The “Declaration for Creating Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” will make it possible for extraterrestrials to land on property set aside exclusively for hosting “star visitors” in the area of Kalapana on the Puna coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The “Star Visitor Sanctuary” will be on sovereign land claimed by the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii. The Kingdom comprises a government led by a Prime Minister, elected representatives to two houses of Parliament, and a revised Hawaii Constitution.

The Hawaii Declaration declares the intention of establishing peaceful relations with extraterrestrial visitors. Drawing on the rich history of international neutrality that was practiced by the Kingdom of Hawaii prior to its illegal annexation by the U.S. the reinstated Kingdom aims to establish formal diplomatic relations with Star Visitors. The preamble to the Declaration points out that according to Hawaiian legend, the Na Huihui o Makali’i (the constellation of Pleaides/Seven Sisters) is the place from which the first Hawaiian people came to Earth.

The Declaration contains four substantive points the first of which invites extraterrestrials “to fly over and land” at the “Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary.” The next invites the Star Visitors to “formally establish diplomatic relations” with representatives of the Kingdom of Hawaii. The Star Visitors, in point three, will be subsequently “invited to meet with private citizens interested in establishing cultural, educational, and scientific relations with the Visitors.” The final point affirms that “Star Visitor technologies can be safely demonstrated, understood and developed for the benefit of all humanity, marine and animal life, and planet Earth.”

The Kingdom of Hawaii gains its authority from international law that never formally recognized the illegal annexation of the Kingdom by the U.S. government, and which has long recognized that the native Hawaiians right to self-determination was violated.

Interview with Michael Weeks, Representative for Puna Region, Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii, discussing a sanctuary being created for extraterrestrial visitors to land at the Big Island of Hawaii. In the interview he explains the history of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii beginning with the overthrow of the Hawaiia Kingdom’s government in 1893 by U.S. plantation owners. The nonviolent resistance campaign initiated by the Hawaiian Queen Lili’uokalani to the subsequent illegal annexation by the U.S. in 1898 continues to the present day.
Representative Weeks goes on to explain why the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii has sovereignty over newly created land by recent volcanic lava flows that is designated for the Star Visitor sanctuary. He describes the importance of the Kingdom’s historic tradition of neutrality for welcoming extraterrestrial life.
