DEAR MR. DRAGON and MR. AMBASSADOR : MY PROPOSAL FOR UNIVERSAL FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY

.

DEAR MR. DRAGON and MR. AMBASSADOR

I have looked into the hearts of humanity and saw many dimensions.

At the source I found love and compassion.

I was also profoundly inspired by a flower.

With that I think I have found the original seed of LIFE.

I have written out a proposal that I think would germinate into the flowering of humanity.

Yours sincerely,

THE AMBASSADOR AT THE HEART OF HUMANITY ... HATTER
