In a March 20, 2013 update to his interview Archons: Exorcising hidden controllers with Robert M. Stanley and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, researcher and author Robert M. Stanley has advanced a multiversal hypothesis for the origin of Archons on our Universe.
Archons are "are hidden negative controllers of humankind, inorganic interdimensional entities that must now be exposed and exorcised from the individual human mind, from our human species, and from the planet as a whole as part of our collective evolution to a new state of consciousness and being."
Robert Stanley states that Archons were brought into our Universe by space-faring travelers from our Universe who violated an injunction against venturing through a wormhole/stargate to a dark Universe populated by Archons.

'On May 13, 2008, Father Gabriel Funes, a Jesuit priest who directs the Vatican's observatory at Castel Gandolfo, near Rome declared that ”As an astronomer, I continue to believe that God is the creator of the Universe. The search for extraterrestrial life does not contradict belief in God." He added that some aliens might even be innocent of the original sin. "How can we rule out that life may have developed elsewhere?" Funes said. "Just as we consider earthly creatures as 'a brother,' and 'sister'. "It is my understanding that there are intelligent beings in this Universe that remain free of the archon/parasites.
"These mental parasites were brought into this Universe long ago by some of our space faring ancestors that disobeyed the warning not to travel into a wormhole/stargate that led to another Universe of darkness. Those who went in came out possessed by these non-physical, parasites that feed off our negative emotions. That was the original sin. Evil is an infection that has infested this Universe and our solar system. However, not all intelligent, space faring beings are under the influence of the archons/parasites. The physical ETs that are infested are destructive, manipulative and deceitful and can not be trusted... They are part of the hierarchy of the archon legions.
